Enrollment Center staff help parents/caregivers complete student enrollment this summer

The Enrollment Center team held a Popsicle and Paperwork event on Aug. 5 from 2-6 p.m. During the event, Enrollment Center staff welcomed community members, answered questions and assisted parents/caregivers with completing the enrollment process for new student enrollment or to confirm student enrollment details.

"I am so excited to have been part of an event that had such a positive impact on our families. We were able to help so many students with enrollment and connect with the community," said Heather Ayer, enrollment center staff. 

Other district staff were at the event to support families or provide information, including interpreters, transportation and Community Education.

"It was a pleasure to serve over one hundred families during the Popsicles and Paperwork event. Families completed enrollments, asked questions and learned about district programs. A treat topped off the visit," said Kristin Tollison, Enrollment Center coordinator.

The first day of school is September 8. The Enrollment Center’s dedicated staff, including transportation and multilingual department staff, are on-site ready to support families with the student enrollment process 7:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m. Monday through Friday; closed for Labor Day on September 7. Learn more.
